Wily II Machine 9, Phase 1

*explosions rock the Mecha-KY ([link])*

Curses!! Even with my Mecha-KY... I still cannot defeat you!? Looks like I have to duel you myself!!

*tries to teleport out, but fails*

W-What is happening!? ... No, it can't be!! DR. WILY II!!!

*the Mecha-KY completely explodes, taking Robo-Ky ([link]) with it*

Hmmph.

*DWII teleports in*

Looks like Robo-Ky got destroyed... Pity. He was a loyal general... Until he decided to rebel against ME!! I WAS THE ONE WHO TOOK HIM IN!! AND HIS COMPANION, ZAKURA ([link]), AS WELL!! And how did they repay me? Zakura disappeared into thin air, and THIS!!

This is the first form of the Wily II Machine 9 that borockman faces.
Based on the mythical hydra, this "Dydra" Machine attacks with a variety of weapons. The gun cannon at the back fires slightly homing spiral energy shots, missile launchers near the skull, eye lasers from the skull eyes, and a flamethrower in the skull's mouth. The rib bones behind the skull can be used to cause instant OHKO when the Machine tries to drop from above. The 2 hyrda heads can also fire slightly homing fireballs.

One can destroy the hydra heads using Gatling Buster... However, that's not the way to defeat this Machine, as the hydra heads will respawn back after some time. That gaping mouth... Split Hydra...
(Since Split Hydra splits, and continues on it's path even after the main projectile is destroyed, it's perfect for bypassing the flamethrower.)
