Background: A very EVIL creation of DWII, based off a teacher. Everyone had a bad experience with a teacher once in their life, and DWII decided to use that bad experience to his advantage. Teach Man has all of the characteristics of a snobby teacher, right down to ridiculous punishments.
His main weapon, Chalk Duster, is executed by bringing out two chalk dusters and dusting them. Yes, old fashion dusting...
His Whipping Cane strikes fear into students as the most recognized punishment, Detention prevents anyone from moving, Book Burial buries anyone under a pile of books, and the classic torture of Claws on a Blackboard... EVIL indeed...

Character: Strict, stern, snobbish. He's a teacher, what do you expect?
